The Shadow Wood Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization comprised of the homeowners of Shadow Wood, located in Trafford, Pennsylvania. The board of directors oversee the organization on behalf of the 116 homeowners that are members of the Association.
Quarterly board meetings are held in addition to the annual meeting. Refer to the Meetings/Minutes page for the meeting schedule. We encourage members to attend.
Due to Covid, the Annual Meeting is Postponed until Spring/Summer 2021.

Color Palette for Shadow Wood Residents:
A Sherwin Williams color consultant looked at all of the different units in our community and gave the Board their recommendation. The color palette approved by the SWHOA Board is available at the Monroeville Sherwin Williams in the Jonnet Plaza on Rt. 22.
The colors are grouped by brick color with paint and trim colors the consultant felt enhanced the unit. Each owner may choose their door color as long as it is one of the approved door colors.
Sherwin Williams is offering a 30 to 40% discount depending on the type of paint and sheen chosen. However, the paint can be purchased elsewhere if you have a different brand preference. If you decide not to use Sherwin Williams, owners must color match an approved color.
