All members of the Association are responsible for submitting a monthly $70 dues payment.  Our management company will mail you an invoice one month prior to the payment ‘due by’ date. Payment is due on the FIRST day of the month and late if not received by the 15th.   

 

Dues payments can be mailed directly to the management company or dropped into the secured Association mailbox at the top of the steps along the street outside of the pool house. 

 

Late payments will result in application of late fees.  Residents who fall significantly into arrears on their dues could potentially risk having a lien placed on their property and will incur all associated attorney and court costs!
